Professional Event-Day Staffing

• Every Full Service Planning & Production event is supported by a dedicated AFK Lead Planner and a minimum of one Event Assistant.

• Additional AFK planners, coordinators, and production assistants are assigned as necessary based on guest count, venue configuration, number of event spaces, simultaneous activities, vendor requirements, and overall production complexity.

• This staffing structure allows AFK to provide appropriate coverage across planning, design implementation, vendor coordination, and event-day execution while maintaining centralized leadership and oversight.
