From understated architectural designs to playful themed installations, each backdrop brings personality and purpose to the moments you want guests to remember.
Your Statement Backdrop May Include:
Panels and architectural structures: Up to six panels, depending on the design and available space, with wood, foam, or fabric options.
Specialty surfaces: Shimmer, greenery, or textured finishes selected to complement your concept.
Balloon installations: Garlands, arches, columns, clusters, and sculptural accents, tailored in color, scale, and fullness.
Floral accents: Arrangements or garlands, featured individually or combined with other decorative elements.
Props and character cutouts: Themed pieces that bring your celebration’s personality into the setting.
Personalized signage and graphics: Names, messages, monograms, company logos, event titles, or sponsor recognition—including branded step-and-repeat designs.
Marquee numbers or letters: A distinctive feature for milestones and celebrations.
Photographs and printed imagery: Personal portraits or branded visuals incorporated into the installation.
Pedestals, plinths, and display stands: For cakes, products, awards, or decorative pieces.

One Wedding Setting, More Than One Moment
Where the venue layout, installation design, and event schedule allow, a ceremony backdrop may also frame your sweetheart or head table during the reception. AFK considers opportunities for reuse during the design process, with any repositioning or room-flip requirements detailed in your proposal.

Each installation is tailored to your budget, vision, and available space. Pricing reflects the materials, overall scale, and number and complexity of decorative features. After learning your priorities and investment range, your AFK designer develops a cohesive concept. Your personalized proposal will specify the included elements and services.
