Cancellation Policy

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your complimentary consultation, please provide AFK Events & Designs, Inc. with at least 24 hours’ notice using the cancellation link in your confirmation email or by contacting our office. Each prospective client may reschedule one complimentary consultation without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, repeated rescheduling, or failure to attend the scheduled consultation may result in forfeiture of the complimentary consultation. Any future consultation may be subject to availability and a consultation fee. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will receive the remaining portion of their scheduled appointment. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be treated as a missed appointment and rescheduled at AFK’s discretion. If AFK must reschedule the consultation because of an emergency, illness, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the client will be offered a new appointment at no charge. Scheduling a consultation does not reserve an event date.
