From beautifully styled cocktail tables to inviting lounge settings and a statement bar, AFK creates a space where guests can mingle, settle in, and connect—with details that carry your celebration’s style throughout.
Your Cocktail Space May Include
Highboy cocktail tables: Linen-covered tables arranged for standing conversation, with optional barstool seating.
Seated cocktail tables: Lower tables accommodating approximately four guests, using venue-provided furnishings or rentals.
Coordinating linens: Colors, fabrics, and textures selected to complement your event.
Fresh or faux floral arrangements: From petite tabletop accents to fuller arrangements for lounge and bar areas.
Votive candles and candleholders: Small touches of warmth, where permitted by your venue.
Luxury barstools and accent seating: Stylish seating selected to suit the tables and overall design.
Lounge groupings: A sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table, with the number and arrangement of groupings tailored to your space.
Statement bar rental and styling: A functional, visually distinctive bar that complements the setting.
Barware and glassware: Available when these items are not supplied by your caterer or bar-service provider.
Bar floral accents: Arrangements that give the bar its own decorative focal point.
Photo backdrops: A themed or personalized setting where guests can capture memories.
Interactive or immersive installations: Creative features that invite guests to engage with the space.
Investment: $1,000–$10,000
Your cocktail space can range from a simple collection of styled tables to a more expansive environment with luxury seating, multiple lounge groupings, a statement bar, and interactive features. Pricing depends on guest count, furniture selections, floral details, installation requirements, and the combination of elements included.
After learning your budget, venue, and priorities, your AFK designer develops a cohesive concept within your investment range. Your personalized proposal will specify the included rentals, décor, and services.
The Welcome Experience is offered separately. Catering, beverages, bartending, and photography services are not included in the décor investment unless expressly listed in your proposal.
