Our event backdrops create stunning focal points for any celebration, leaving a lasting impression on your guests and serving as memorable keepsakes of your special occasion. Order multiple backdrops to enhance your stage, dance floor, cocktail area, head table, or cake and dessert table.
This package includes:
- Two Arch Panels (color of choice), Acrylic arch or stainless steel backdrop
- Personalized or Themed Wood Sign (i.e., Julian's First Picnic)
- 9 ft Floral Garland
- One prop (such as Marquee Number) or an additional floral accent
- Up lighting (2 units)

Our backdrop requires a space measuring approximately 10 feet by 10 feet.

STANDARD TERMS AND AGREEMENT
Cancellation
80% reimbursement will provided if client notifies no later than 60 days prior to the Event date and no special purchasing has been made. A cancellation fee will be applied to cover costs incurred in relation to your event. Should the client cancel less than 30 days prior to the event date, a percentage of these funds will cover cost incurred.
Damage Policy
The Client agrees to compensate AFK Events & Designs for any items damaged during the time of the rental period. At a minimum client is required to pay the replacement fee for item(s) rented, plus any damages resulting from loss of compensation from future rentals, and any other loss of compensation or damage that has resulted from the damage of said rentals. Replacement costs for any rentable item are available at any time at the request of the Client.
