This service includes installation. The customer is responsible for providing the accurate set up time and tear-down times. The client is also responsible for providing the correct dimensions and requirements of the event space, its furniture, ceiling height, door dimensions, elevator use, and any other amenities needed for the delivery. The customer should be onsite to acknowledge the goods are delivered in great condition and will return in that condition. Regarding event decor, the customer or a customer's representative must be onsite to acknowledge the finished decor is delivered as expected. The customer MUST be present at the time of team arrival, final delivery, and pickup. By signing, I agree that I have read the rental & delivery agreement. Please be mindful of your delivery/pickup windows. We will contact you via text or call approximately 30 mins before arrival. Our contract requires that a responsible person be available during the windows to sign off the delivery. Please be mindful of your delivery/pickup windows. Our drivers will contact you, via text or call, approximately 15 to 30 mins before delivery or pickup. Our contract requires that a responsible person be available during the windows to sign for the items. Our drivers will not drop off the items without someone being there. Our drivers will not wait more than 10 mins before leaving your location for the next customer. At a customer fail the window of the delivery or return the customer will be responsible to pick up or return the rental items in our warehouse went they have been returned by the logistic staff and that can take between 6 to 8 hours window time. You will either have to come to our warehouse during business hours to retrieve the items yourself or pay for another delivery attempt to your address if staff are available.
