AFK steps in approximately eight weeks before your celebration to review what has been planned, identify potential gaps, strengthen the operational details, align your key vendors, and transform your plans into a cohesive event-day production—so when the day arrives, you can be fully present while our team manages what happens behind the scenes.

Elevated Coordination clients receive access to a private AFK digital planning portal, creating a centralized home for essential event information, documents, coordination materials, deadlines, and communication throughout the Elevated experience.

Professional Event-Day Staffing

Every Elevated Coordination event is supported by an AFK Lead Coordinator and a minimum of one Event Assistant.

Additional AFK team members are assigned as necessary based on guest count, venue configuration, number of event spaces, simultaneous activities, vendor and production requirements, and overall event complexity.

This allows AFK to provide appropriate coverage across the celebration while the Lead Coordinator maintains oversight of the master timeline and overall execution.

Elevated Coordination provides a significantly expanded level of support beyond traditional event-day coordination; however, it is not intended to replace full-service event planning. Clients should have the foundation of their celebration established, including their overall vision, venue, and primary planning direction. AFK will review your event details to confirm that Elevated Coordination provides the appropriate level of support. Celebrations requiring extensive remaining vendor sourcing, comprehensive design development, significant planning from the ground up, or highly complex production may require a customized planning experience.
Additional staffing or specialty support may be recommended based on guest count, venue configuration, production requirements, installation needs, event complexity, and overall scope.
